These terms govern your use of RevSphere, operated by WINSOR UK LIMITED. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be entitled to use any data you upload.

Acceptable use

Use the platform for legitimate research purposes. Do not attempt to breach security, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or infringe the rights of others.

Your content

You retain all rights to the research data you create. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process and display it to you and the collaborators you invite. We claim no ownership of your work.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable but provide it "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may update or improve features over time.

Research responsibility

The platform assists your workflow, including AI-generated suggestions and statistical outputs. You are responsible for verifying results and for the scientific validity of any review or analysis you publish. AI suggestions are aids, not substitutes for expert judgement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will note the date above. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
